established on September 1, 1996. |

We started our business
on September 23 , 1996. |

More than 120 machines
were sold worldwide in 1997. |

We obtained ISO 9001 approval from BVQi
on December 31, 1997. |

By 1998, we'd sold more
than 150 hydraulic machines to countries around the world
with a business volume growth of 100%, compared with 1997. |

In 1999, the sales volume of our hydraulic
machines was 250 with a business volume growth of 64%,
compared with 1998. |

On May 25, 2000, we bought
a piece of land of 5,400 ft. sq., ready to set up a new
plant. |

We passed the sixth ISO 9001 inspection
with no defect at all on July 17, 2000. |

To meet the increasing
business demand, we shifted some of our production lines
to our 2nd 1,200-ft.-sq. plant on August 1, 2000. |

The ritual for building our new plant was
held on October 15, 2000. |

The contractor began
the construction work in November. The whole project would
be completed with our first and second plants combining
together into one integrated plant by March 2001. |

The estimated sales volume of our hydraulic
machines for the year 2000 is 310 and the business volume
growth is 53%, compared with 1999. |

Now,
we have an ISO 9001 approved plant since April 2001. Our
machines have high speed and high precision function for
rubber molding. We also provided with Custom-made design
and manufacture of automated equipment. |

Beside the Asia market, we cooperation
with Japan's machine maker and transfer the technology
from them. Then we sold our new design of machine back
to Japan market. |

We moved to our new plant
in Hsin-Feng with 3,300M2 on April 22, 2001. |

Due to the CE certification we also sold
our machine into Eurpean field, such as Germany and U.K.

We also obtained CE certification
of our product HM-Series & VA-Series molding machine
from TUV Rheinland Germany Company on September 1, 2003.

the draw or data to each customer files. |

Having a special R&D
team for computer control systems, we handle everything
from R&D, testing, and assembling for PLC, machine
computer network, IC recording, and wire distribution. |

With the insistency to make innovative,
stable quality and perfect products, we adopt Japan-made
parts, such as oil seals, distribution board, and original
Fuji switches. And we never change our policies even when
we know that would raise our production cost. |

To meet European market
demands, now we are developing products of European standards
with an intention to obtain CE approval. We can also add
safety device according to customer requirements. |

All of our suppliers are selected with
our ISO 9001 supplier select process, and have a reliable
relationship with us. From casting, polish to drilling.
They can process all specifications and reach our required.
They also make storage for our production need. |

inspections on precision and stability, parts and materials
are sent to storage centers, assuring machine quality.

Our factory director checks the process
from time to time because he knows well that good products
